About Us
We are independent private investors and residents of the Tampa Bay community seeking to acquire a local manufacturing business.
We are committed to investing our capital, experience and hard work into a local business that will grow and contribute to the region for years to come.
We are not strategic buyers or private equity looking to roll-up, reorganize and/or resell an established business. We are committed for the long term.
